Terms of use

Clear terms,
before you pay.

These terms cover what you buy, how it is delivered, how to cancel, and how to get your money back. They apply to purchases made on weddingly.co.za.

What you are buying

Weddingly is a digital wedding service. We do not sell physical goods, tickets, or branded products.

The product is Complete Wedding: a once-off fee in South African rand for one wedding space. The amount charged is the price shown on the pricing page when you pay. It is currently R1 499. There is no monthly subscription.

That fee includes an art-directed wedding website, private invitations and RSVPs, wedding-day guest photographs through personal QR codes, and the couple planning tools in your Weddingly workspace.

Payment

Payments are taken by PayFast in South African rand. Weddingly does not store your card number. The order and amount are created by Weddingly before you are sent to PayFast.

By paying, you agree to these terms, including the delivery, cancellation, and 14-day money-back guarantee below.

Delivery

Complete Wedding is delivered online. Nothing is posted or couriered.

Access is unlocked on your Weddingly account as soon as PayFast confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes of a successful checkout. Sign in at weddingly.co.za/sign-in and open your studio, guest list, and wedding camera from your dashboard.

If PayFast has taken the money and your space is still locked, email support@weddingly.co.za with the email address on the account and the couple’s names. We will unlock the space or refund you. Please do not pay a second time.

14-day money-back guarantee

You may cancel and receive a full refund of the amount paid if you ask within 14 calendar days of the date PayFast confirms the payment.

The refund is the full once-off fee for that order, returned through PayFast to the original payment method. When the refund is completed, Complete Wedding access for that wedding is paused.

This guarantee sits alongside rights you cannot sign away under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, including a remedy where the service is not delivered or is materially defective.

How to request a refund

  1. Sign in to the Weddingly account that paid.
  2. Open Plan & billing.
  3. Under “Request a refund”, tell us why in at least a short paragraph and submit the form.
  4. Weddingly reviews the request. Inside the 14-day guarantee, we approve a full refund and send it back through PayFast.
  5. You will see the request status on Plan & billing. Access pauses once the refund is complete.

You can also email support@weddingly.co.za. Include the account email, the couple’s names, and the date you paid. We use the same review and PayFast refund.

After the 14 days, the once-off fee is not refundable, because the digital service has already been supplied. If access was never unlocked, or the service failed in a material way, contact us and we will restore access or refund you.

Cancellation

You can leave PayFast checkout before paying. If you cancel there, Weddingly does not charge you and no access is activated.

After a successful payment, cancellation is the refund process above. Inside 14 days, cancellation means a full refund and paused access. After 14 days, stopping use of the space does not by itself create a refund.

A declined or failed PayFast payment does not activate Complete Wedding. You can try checkout again from the pricing page.
